To Tire Kingdom Management, I am filing a formal complaint about the unacceptable service I received at the Tire Kingdom located near Pines Boulevard and 172nd Avenue in Pembroke Pines. I brought my vehicle in to have four new tires installed and waited for more than two hours. During that entire time, nobody touched my vehicle or began working on the tires. No employee gave me a reasonable explanation for the delay, provided an accurate update, or showed any concern about wasting more than two hours of my time. When I asked about the service, the employees were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the problem, they acted as though my questions were an inconvenience. Customers should not be ignored and treated disrespectfully after trusting your business and waiting hours for a service that was never even started. This experience showed a serious lack of communication, organization, and basic customer service. If the store was unable to complete the installation within a reasonable amount of time, I should have been told immediately, not left waiting for over two hours while nothing was done. Went out to my car to find the tire almost completely flat. I called Tire Kingdom and Clinton managed to get a appointment for me immediately. Tire was fixed and we were out the door in 30 minutes. Ben was extremely nice and very knowledgeable, and the price was very reasonable.

As a business owner myself, I feel it’s important to recognize exceptional customer service when I experience it and Omar at Tire Kingdom in Pembroke Pines truly went above and beyond. Being located in Fort Myers, one of my fleet vehicles broke down in the Pembroke Pines area with one of my detailers stranded and needing to make it safely back across the state. I contacted 4 different shops non of which cared to assist. luckily i called this store and explained the situation to Omar. Without hesitation, he immediately stepped in to help. What impressed me the most was that Omar assisted my employee over FACETIME, walking him through the issue step-by-step, patiently troubleshooting the problem and helping get the vehicle safely back on the road all without my employee even stepping foot inside the store or spending a single dollar with Tire Kingdom. Honestly left me speechless and amazed with his level of genuine care and wanting to get my guy off the shoulder on I-75 and home safely. BEWARE! I called and made an appointment to get my tire repaired. When I arrived the front desk told me that he is not taking anymore appointments. I said I already have one. NO, THATS THE CALL CENTER TAKING APPOINTMENTS NOT ME HERE LOCALLY. You can come back tomorrow if you like? No thanks, there are way too many other options out there. BEWARE, Tire Kingdom does not always honor the appointment you set.

**Warning: Safety Failure** I've been a loyal customer at this Tire Kingdom location for years, but since Mavis Tire acquired the brand, the decline has been stark. Staff are visibly overworked. mechanics are pulling double duty at the front desk and on the shop floor and the quality of service has suffered as a result. My most recent visit made that painfully clear. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Partway through, they called to say I needed rear brakes, and I authorized the work. When I picked up the car, it felt sluggish, but I didn't think much of it. The next morning, while driving my son to school, the same sluggishness continued and when I got home, my rear tires were smoking, giving off intense heat. I brought the car straight back. They kept it all day and told me they resolved the issue. When I spoke to the mechanic that worked on the car informed me that he has not renew his certifications and had to do some research on how to fix the car. The following day, I looked in my mirrors while driving and my rear tires were emitting so much smoke it looked like they were on fire. I had the car towed to the dealership, where I learned the bra
